I have 7 kidlettes, all grown.  I started running 10 years ago.  My first St. George I had 3 of my daughters running, so that was super fun. Today I did a mountain run.  Fantastic!   Here is what I have to say about it.  We went up to Sun Dance.  It's like DANCING thru the trees.  Pranching,  splashing, ( thru the river) thrashing ( in the bushes), crashing, weeping, seeping blood (and getting dirt in your mouth).  Running, funning, sunning, cunning,( getting past the chair lift guy and onto the bike path).  Leaping,( and dreaming).  The smell of pine.  How devine, so VERY fine.  Watch your footing and your tooting.  Mountain running.  Funning.

Very cute! It describes your running perfectly except maybe a squatting (in the bushes).
