I have 7 kidlettes, all grown.  I started running 10 years ago.  My first St. George I had 3 of my daughters running, so that was super fun. My daughters Josse and Ericka are on the blog and they are amazing!!  I'm a barber at the BYU Barber Shop and I enjoy spending time with my husband(Mel Rowley) and all my kids.

Went from the lake up the trail to water fountain by Timp park .    Sasha passed us going up and coming down.  Man, he runs fast!  Josse and her friend passed us on our way back. They were going fast and looking good  also.  Very cool weather.  So 20.5 today in 3:58 and 1/2 mile yesterday that I counted today.   3200 cal.  Mel went from the mouth of the canyon down to the lake. So he is doing very well coming back from a knee replacement.
