I have 7 kidlettes, all grown.  I started running 10 years ago.  My first St. George I had 3 of my daughters running, so that was super fun. My daughters Josse and Ericka are on the blog and they are amazing!!  I'm a barber at the BYU Barber Shop and I enjoy spending time with my husband(Mel Rowley) and all my kids.

Wow! What a day.  Beautiful weather and conditions.  I started with the 4:15 group and lost them when I had to hit bushes.  But, felt good the whole way  and was pleased with the result.  Took 20 min. off of last years time.  Ran with a guy named Mong for a while.  A beautiful runner.  ( meaning his form)  Such ease and grace.   Took energy gel this time, but did weight trainning and stayed off sugar (mostly) in my trainning for the marathon.  Great , fun time.  So glad that Josse had a good race.
